Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are completely covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
